Common questions
My affiliate didn't receive their invite email
Open the affiliate's profile in your dashboard and click "Resend invite." Check that the email address is correct. Invites can land in spam — ask the affiliate to check their spam folder.
A conversion isn't showing up
Conversions are recorded via the tracking link. Make sure the affiliate is sharing their unique link (visible in their portal) and that the customer clicked it within the cookie window shown in your program settings.
How do I pay my affiliates?
affilut doesn't move money — you pay your affiliates directly, however you already pay people (bank, PayPal, Wise, Stripe). Open Balances Due in your dashboard to see exactly what's owed to each affiliate, along with the payout details they provided. Pay them, then mark the balance settled to keep your ledger reconciled.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
I want my data deleted
Delete your account from Settings or email privacy@sico.software. We schedule deletion of all account data within 48 hours.
