About these terms

These terms govern your use of affilut, published by Sico Software Ltd ("we", "us", "Sico Software"), a company registered in Scotland. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What affilut does

affilut is an affiliate program management platform for SaaS founders and e-commerce businesses. It tracks conversions, manages affiliate relationships, and calculates the commissions owed to each affiliate. affilut does not process, hold, or transfer funds — program owners settle payments to their affiliates directly.

affilut facilitates affiliate program management but is not a party to any affiliate relationship or payment obligation between program owners and their affiliates.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of the service.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use affilut. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use affilut to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service's operation

Subscription and billing

Some features require a paid subscription, billed via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time from within the app and retain access until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time except where required by law.

Starter plan is $19/mo (up to $10,000/mo tracked revenue), Growth plan $39/mo (up to $30,000/mo), Scale plan $79/mo (up to $100,000/mo). Every plan includes the full feature set and unlimited affiliates. Billed monthly via Stripe.

Intellectual property

affilut's software, design, and interface are owned by Sico Software Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you upload. You grant Sico Software a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Scots law, Sico Software's total liability for any claim arising from use of affilut is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or £100. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@sico.software. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
